Virginia  brings extensive experience as a former corporate manager and educator. She holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Graduate Certificate in Adult TESOL from Sacred Heart University. Virginia has over sixteen years of language training experience as an ESL instructor.

 

Most recently, she served as Director of the GE Foundation Scholars Program, a scholarship and enrichment program at Sacred Heart University, where she also nurtured student achievement as an ESL instructor.  With a commitment to student success, she has supported English language learners in adult education, community college, and university programs. It is her firm belief that the ESL classroom is an ideal setting for both student and teacher to grow in their knowledge of language and world cultures.
